This is another case where I prefer to keep my comments to a minimum (due to my understanding that only people with children can more extensively comment on this) especially because Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox probably did love each other a lot. However, Green may be petitioning for more spousal support because he may have also contributed a significant share of the child rearing responsibilities and supported Megan Fox’s career while they were still together.

Billed For Missing A Wedding?

I do agree that is is shocking that the wedding guest was billed for not making it to the wedding. Personally, I’m fortunate to have been invited to some weddings I was unable to go to for certain personal reasons I wish to avoid discussing (luckily the people I had to explain the reasons to were patient and understanding of my reasons). I remember my own Las Vegas marriage back in January 2004 to an amazing man I’m still married to but I understood even then to avoid taking it too personal as to who was able to make it to the wedding and instead to just be grateful for who was able to make it. The fact that the bride billed the wedding guest for the wedding is a clear sign that there is more to this media story than what appears on the surface (i.e. how close is their friendship and is there something else that prompted the bride to go outright and charge the wedding instead of petitioning for a private explanation as to why the guest couldn’t attend). I know that this doesn’t excuse the bride from charging her friend the 75 dollars, yet I’m wondering if the bride took offense to the wedding guest not showing up as some type of personal insult. I doubt that the wedding guest was trying to purposely insult the bride, but what if the bride thought that her wedding guest had some problem with her and the groom marrying (and retaliated in an abrasive fashion i.e. the 75 dollar bill). If I were the wedding guest, I would ask the bride if there is a way that I can send some type of wedding gift instead and privately explain why I feel uncomfortable at being charged a wedding bill. I think this would be ok even if the gift is under 25 dollars and nowhere close to the 75 dollar bill. This would also let the wedding guest know how important the friendship is to the bride over 75 dollars.
